Standard Blow-Dry Club Terms & Conditions (£60/month)

By joining the Rusa Hairdressing Blow-Dry Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Use

  • The Blow-Dry Club includes up to 2 standalone blow-dries per week with our Junior Stylists.

  • Blow-dries under this membership must be booked independently of other services and cannot be combined with colours, cuts, or any other services.

  • Appointments include finishing with hot tools (such as curling or straightening) as standard.

  • Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

  • If purchased as a gift, the recipient must be named at the time of purchase.

2. Booking & Availability

  • Blow-dry appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • You may book all of your monthly appointments at once or space them throughout the month.

  • Appointments are valid only during regular salon opening hours.

  • Rusa Hairdressing reserves the right to manage appointments at our discretion, including offering alternatives in the case of staff unavailability.

3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.

  • Missed appointments or those cancelled late will incur a £10 charge and cannot be carried over into the next month.

4. Festive Period Bookings

  • Blow-Dry Club members may book one blow-dry between 14th–24th December or on New Year’s Eve.

  • Additional festive appointments are subject to availability and will be charged at a reduced member rate.

  • Bookings for this festive window open on 1st November. Slots fill quickly and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Only members who joined the Blow-Dry Club on or before 10th June 2025 are eligible for festive booking.

    Members joining after this date will not be eligible for appointments during the 14th–24th December window or on New Year’s Eve.

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel festive bookings. Missed or late-cancelled appointments during this period will be charged at £20.

  • A festive styling surcharge may apply for updos or more intricate styling during this period. Please ask when booking.

5. Payments & Membership Changes

  • Memberships are billed monthly at £60 by direct debit or card payment.

  • Your payment will recur monthly unless you give 7 days’ notice before your next payment is due.

  • To cancel, please email: petrarowe@rusahairdressing.co.uk.

  • Refunds will not be given for unused appointments or partial months.

  • Rusa Hairdressing reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with 30 days’ notice.

Our Premium Blow-Dry Club is designed for clients who want the convenience of regular blow-dries, combined with the added benefits of colour, treatments, or other services.

What’s included:

  • Up to 8 blow-dries per month with our Junior Stylists

  • Appointments can be combined with colour or other services

  • Extended appointment time to allow for more tailored styling

  • Priority booking during peak periods

  • Exclusive member-only pricing on festive styling upgrades

The Premium Blow-Dry Club offers more freedom and flexibility, perfect for those who regularly colour their hair or prefer longer, more in-depth styling sessions.

Premium Blow-Dry Club Terms & Conditions (£80/month)

By joining the Rusa Hairdressing Premium Blow-Dry Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Use

  • The Premium Blow-Dry Club includes up to two blow-drys a week with our Junior Stylists.

  • This membership can be used in conjunction with other services, such as tints, highlights, glossing, toners, or haircuts.

  • Blow-dry appointments under this membership include finishing with hot tools such as curling or straightening (as standard, with no surcharge).

  • Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

  • If purchased as a gift, the recipient must be named at the time of purchase.

2. Booking & Availability

  • Appointments are subject to stylist availability and must be booked in advance.

  • You may book all of your monthly appointments at once or as you go.

  • Blow-dry appointments must take place during regular salon opening hours.

  • Rusa Hairdressing reserves the right to manage bookings at our discretion, including reallocating appointments if required.

3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments may incur a £10 fee and cannot be rolled over to the following month.

4. Festive Period Bookings

  • Premium members may book one blow-dry between 14th–24th December or on New Year’s Eve.

  • Additional festive bookings are subject to availability and will be charged at a reduced member rate.

  • Bookings for this period open from 1st November each year — book early to avoid disappointment.

  • Cancellations during the festive window require 24 hours' notice, otherwise a £20 fee will apply.

5. Payment & Membership Changes

  • The Premium Blow-Dry Club is billed monthly at £80 by direct debit or card payment.

  • Your monthly payment date is set at sign-up and remains the same each month.

  • To cancel your membership, you must give 7 days’ notice in writing before your next payment is due.

  • Cancellations must be sent to: petrarowe@rusahairdressing.co.uk

  • No refunds will be given for unused appointments or partial months.

6. Fair Use & Conduct

  • This membership is intended for regular salon guests and fair use is expected.

  • Excessive or repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or attempts to misuse the membership may result in suspension or termination at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Rusa Hairdressing may update these terms and conditions with 30 days’ notice to members.
